
ADDITIONS

Clients wanted to maximize potential of waterfront property and make room for their hobbies and overnight guests. Addition to take advantage of water views, as well as adding an unattached woodshop with guest suite above, with a skybridge to the main house.

Outdated Craftsman home on the South Hill was in need of more space, and more ceiling height in basement. The kitchen was updated and the upstairs addition includes a master suite and 2 other bedrooms. We also lowered part of basement floor for new conditioned family room, and added a wrap-around deck for a beautiful view of Bellingham Bay.

A growing family anticipated the need to expand and remodel the existing space of this class craftsman in the Columbia neighborhood. A 2-story addition was done to the back of the house and the house maintained it's character.

This second story addition to a 1960’s rambler in Edgemoor was designed and built to consider the needs of the aging homeowners and to capitalize on a great view of the Puget Sound.

A growing family needed more space. A master suite and family room were added, with a wrap-around covered porch.

To make more gathering space in this Ferndale home, we designed and built a family room addition and reconfigured interior spaces, including the kitchen.
